2009-2010 Tentative Calendar Now Available

Last weekend, the PLC held their annual planning meeting to put together next year's calendar. (Be sure to thank your patrol representative!) Their proposed calendar is now available under the events section. Please be aware of the following issues as you mark things on your calendar:

1. As always, these dates and times are a "best guess" and are subject to change based on the availability of Troop leadership, campsites, and all kinds of variables. As always, the Troop 8 calendar mantra is "check early, check often".

2. Our events system requires a start and end time for each event. Until individual events are updated with more information, the end time should be weighed as little more than a wild guess. If the backpacking weekend's page says that you'll arrive home at 6:00pm Sunday, please don't assume you'll be able to attend Aunt Bertha's wedding at 6:05pm.

3. If you're a Webelos or involved with Webelos recruiting, please consider our "Webelos Welcome" schedule to be extremely tentative at this time. We'll be updating it over the next few weeks, but it may not be completely locked down until Fall 2009.
