Recruitment Coordinator

Maintain ongoing contact & communication with traditional and new webelo feeder packs.  Work with SM and PLC to establish appropriate and timely cross-unit contacts.  Maintain potential scout mail list, and send mailings.  Work with outing  & summer camp coordinators to encourage participation of new scouts in spring.   Work with SM/COR to set up orientation events for new scouts & parents.  Work with Dean of Paperwork to collect and process registration forms.  Requires training by outgoing WRC and SM/PVC.
