Junior Assistant Scoutmaster

The Junior Assistant Scoutmaster is a senior youth leader who has demonstrated the skills and maturity to take on adult-level responsibilities within the program.  While working alongside other youth leaders like the Senior Patrol Leader, a Junior Assistant Scoutmaster also works with the Scoutmaster and his/her staff as an adult assistant on outings and special projects.
