Troop Picnic & Court of Honor

    Fill up at dinner because you'll want to be ready for this COH!  Grill your food then come play in our recently reinstated Annual Scout v. Scouter softball game!  Prove the scouts better and faster than the creaky old Scouters, which have yet to be defeated in softball.  Then we will hold our actual COH, where those of you who earned a merit badge like at Summer Camp will get something to put on your uniform. People who actually earned rank will be able to make fun of your sad classless peers.

     We will be meeting at the Delhi Metro Park South Pavilion on Sunday September 5th from 4:30 to 8:00.  Parents should bring food to grill and a side dish to share (charcoal, pop and napkins will be provided by the troop).  Feel free to bring your own field games, and we will be hosting a Scout v. Souter Softball game.  After dinner we will be holding our actual court of honor where ranks, merit badges, and other awards earned in the last 8 months will be handed out.  Older scouts will tell amusing stories about our scouts over summer camp and the spring and winter season in addition to our slideshow of the past months.

     Make sure to come get your award, and trounce the adults in softball.  Don't forget to bring a baseball glove, food, and a scout shirt. See you there!
