Whitewater Rafting Weekend
Note: You will need to bring money for two road dinners. Also, you may have to pay an extra 30-40$ for renting rafts, you don't have to bring it with you as it will be billed at a later date.
Did you know that one of the best ways to relax is to go down a class 3 white water river? It's true! Well sure falling out of the boat isn't as enjoyable, but its all in good fun. Still it is very relaxing to float down the river just watch out. If you haven't figured this out already… you get to go white water rafting.
This is an awesome trip. You get to go white water rafting on an artificial river with many people standing on the side to help you when you fall out of the raft. Also in addition you have your fellow scouts to help, but you also have your fellow scouts to push you out of the raft too. Oh! Before I forget THOU SHALT NOT BRING COTTON or thirty lashings with the cat's tail o'nine. Anyway what you need to bring is all non-cotton clothes, swimsuits, towels, and normal cmping gear you bring on most trips.
Luckily when you are done you can lie down on your nice soft GROUND!! Thats right we are sleeping in a state park with a dog sign that hopefully means we get a free dog. By the way due to the numerous hints you should have realized that YOU ARE GOING TO GET WET!!!!!!!!
COTTON + YOU=WHITE WATER WEEKEND- YOU3
YOU HAVE TO BE A SWIMMER TO COME!!
Estimated Non-Dues Cost:$30-40 for renting rafts, you do not need to bring this on the trip it will be billed to you at a later time
